Nedra
Natal currently serves faithfully and zealously at the Citadel of
Praise and Worship under the leadership of Dr. Kevin Bond. She serves
as President of the Doorkeepers Ministry, sings praises to the Lord
in the Voices of Citadel and in the Levites (where you can find
her ushering the people of God into the Holies of Holies.) She has
always had a great love for music growing up in a Christian setting.
God has allowed her to exercise her gift of music with many community
choirs and at various churches across the Tri-State area. She has
been a faithful member of Worship & Praise (WAP) since 1998.
Through the ministry of Worship & Praise, Nedra met her husband
Dea. Geraldo "Cheo" Natal, who heartily supports Nedra
in all of her endeavors. Thus far, the Lord has blessed them to
be the parents of one son, Elijah. Her scripture: "I will bless
the Lord at all times, his praise shall continually be in my mouth."
(Psalm 34:1)
Marlene
Lee - Alto
Missionary
Marlene Lee a "true" alto and consistent pioneer of fifteen
years in Worship and Praise. She has served on several committees
and board activities, as well as, being the former treasurer. While
serving on the choir God has blessed Marlene to graduate from York
College with a BA in Early Childhood Education & African Studies.
She's a proud and active member of the Citadel of Praise & Worship.
Marlene thanks God for the ministry of WAP and the lives that have
been touched and changed. She remembers when God filled her with
the Holy Ghost while singing in the choir. Her favorite scripture
is I Corinthians 2:9, "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen,
nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things
which God hath prepared for them that love him." Marlene is
currently employed as a Sales Representative at Verizon. She is
the proud mother of Raeshaun Lee.
Danielle
Dortch - Alto
Grace
and Peace my name is Danielle Dortch and by God's grace I've been
a member of WAP for 12 years. Through the years I've grown spiritually
in this ministry and my talents have grown. The Lord has blessed
and anointed me to be a hair stylist and given me the creativity
to produce high-volume hairstyles. James Hall and WAP is my family
for life. And, I do believe God is calling us to greater things.
Tunesha
Crispell - Soprano
Having
been a member of WAP for years Tunehsa has learned it makes a
world of difference to be anointed. Tunesha is a lead vocalist,
as well as a background supporting soprano. Her smooth vocals
has inspired hearts all over the world. She has recently been
privileged to travel to Osaka, Japan where she taught music to
over 600 children. Since being a part of WAP Tunesha has married
the choir's musical director, Melvin Crispell, and as a result
of their love the couple gave birth to a charming boy Melvin III.
At age 29 Tunesha's life demonstrates holiness and is proud to
say she loves the Lord.
Leontyne
Sanders - Soprano
Praise
the Lord everyone! My name is Leontyne Sanders, and I have been
a member of WAP for three years. Although my tenure has not been
long, singing with James Hall & WAP has been a constant encouragement
to maintain the "press" knowing in all these things
we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." With
the continuity of love and friendship I am truly blessed to be
a part of this family.
Jerrod
Jarvis
Hello,
My name is Jerrod Jarvis. I'm a tenor and I've been singing with
James Hall and Worship & Praise since 1997. I've sung on two
live recordings with the choir, "Live at Lincoln Center"
and "Live at Sony Sound Stage." One of my favorite scriptures
in the Bible is Haggai 2:9 "The glory of this latter house
shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of Hosts,
and in this place will give peace saith the Lord of hosts."
I have corporately and individually been blessed by this ministry.
Praise the name of our God.
Karla
Parker - Alto
Grace,
Mercy and Peace be unto you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus
Christ. My name is Karla S. Parker; I have been an alto in James
Hall and Worship & Praise since 1990. The scripture that encourages
me most is Psalms 27:13, "I had fainted unless I believed
to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living."
